1 Acceptance of Terms

Access to and use of the 63jili platform — including all games, betting markets, and account features — is conditional on your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions in full. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and 63jili.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not register an account or use the platform. Continued use of the platform after any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. We will notify registered players of material changes through on-platform notifications or the email address associated with your account.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and maintain an account on 63jili, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are registering on your own behalf, not on behalf of another person.
• You do not currently hold another active or suspended account on the 63jili platform.
• You are not on any self-exclusion list that would prevent you from participating in online gaming.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. 63jili reserves the right to request supporting documents to verify your identity, age, and payment methods at any stage. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents may result in account suspension or restriction of withdrawals until the verification process is complete.

3 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 63jili are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, Maya, InstaPay, and Philippine online/mobile banking and bank transfer. Specific deposit minimums, withdrawal minimums, and processing times are displayed within your account dashboard at the time of transaction.

The following conditions apply to all financial transactions:

• Deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to platform verification requirements.
• Cryptocurrency and credit card payments are not accepted as deposit or withdrawal methods.
• 63jili is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank processing times, or network issues outside our control.
• Accounts that have not completed KYC verification may have withdrawal requests placed on hold until verification is completed.

If you believe a transaction has been processed incorrectly, contact customer support with the relevant transaction reference number as soon as possible. 63jili will investigate and respond within a reasonable timeframe.

4 Bonuses and Promotions

63jili offers various promotions, bonuses, and reward programmes from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms that will be published alongside each promotion. In the absence of stated terms, the general conditions below apply:

• Bonuses are credited to your account balance and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated funds can be withdrawn.
• Bonus funds may only be used to place wagers on eligible games. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — contribution rates for each game category are set out in the specific promotion terms.
• Promotions are intended for genuine recreational play. Any account found to be placing bets solely or primarily to meet wagering requirements in a manner designed to withdraw bonus funds without genuine play intent may have the promotion disqualified and any related winnings removed.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash outside of stated terms, or combined with other offers unless explicitly permitted.
• 63jili reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Changes will be communicated through on-platform notices or registered email where practicable.

5 Account Security and Responsible Use

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP codes sent to your registered mobile number or email. 63jili staff will never ask for your password through any channel.

• Do not share your account credentials with any other person, including family members or friends.
• If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact customer support immediately and change your password.
• All activity conducted from your account while logged in is assumed to have been authorised by you unless a security incident is reported promptly.
• 63jili employs SSL encryption and OTP-based verification to protect account access. You are responsible for ensuring that the devices you use to access the platform are secure and free from malware.

Accounts showing signs of compromise, suspicious login patterns, or activity inconsistent with normal use may be temporarily suspended pending investigation. This is done to protect players and the integrity of the platform.

6 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 63jili platform. Engaging in any of these may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to interact with games or betting markets in place of genuine human play.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities. Any winnings resulting from a demonstrable technical error may be voided.
• Using the platform in connection with any money laundering activity or to obscure the origin of funds.
• Providing false identity or payment information at any point during registration or verification.
• Attempting to access other players' accounts or any part of the platform infrastructure not intended for player access.

63jili cooperates with relevant authorities in investigations relating to financial crime and other prohibited activities. We maintain transaction records and activity logs as required.

7 Game Rules and Bet Settlements

Each game category available on 63jili — including slots, live casino, sports betting, eBingo, poker, and RNG table games — operates according to its own specific rules. These rules are accessible within the game interface before play begins. By placing a bet or starting a game session, you confirm that you understand and accept the applicable rules.

• All bet results are final once officially settled. Results will not be reversed except in cases of a confirmed technical error attributable to the platform.
• For sports betting markets, results are settled based on official scores from recognised governing bodies. In the event of a dispute about a result, 63jili's determination is final subject to the investigation process described below.
• If a live dealer game session is interrupted due to a technical issue, the hand or round in progress at the time of the interruption may be voided. Any wager placed in a voided round will be returned to your account balance.
• 63jili reserves the right to void any bet placed after an event has started or after the official closing of a market, or where a market was offered or priced incorrectly due to a manifest error.

8 Account Closure and Suspension

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance in cleared funds (not subject to active wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method subject to standard processing times.

63jili may suspend or close an account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or payment verification within a reasonable period after request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other prohibited conduct.
• Where required by applicable law or regulation.
• Inactivity — accounts with no login activity for an extended period may be marked dormant. We will attempt to contact you before any dormancy policy takes effect.

If your account is suspended pending investigation, you will be notified where possible. Accounts confirmed to have breached these terms may be closed permanently without further notice.

9 Responsible Gaming

63jili is committed to providing a gaming environment that supports responsible play. The platform is strictly for adults aged 21 and above. Gaming should be an enjoyable recreational activity — not a source of income or a way to recover financial losses.

• Set a personal budget before each session and do not exceed it.
• Take regular breaks and avoid playing when you are tired, stressed, or under the influence of alcohol.

• No outcome in any game on 63jili is guaranteed. Past results do not predict future outcomes, and no strategy can eliminate the house edge or guarantee a profit over time.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 63jili's liability to any player arising out of the use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — is limited to the net deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

63jili is not liable for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or data arising from interruptions to platform availability.
• Delays in deposits, withdrawals, or bet settlements caused by third-party payment processors or network providers.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the platform.

The platform is provided on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain continuous availability, scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances outside our control may occasionally cause interruptions.

11 Changes to These Terms

63jili may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last reviewed" date at the top of this page and notify registered players via on-platform notice or registered email where required. Your continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

If you disagree with any change, you must stop using the platform and contact support to arrange account closure.

12 Contact and Disputes
